About SEAGrowthHub
SEAGrowthHub publishes guides and analysis on tech and business growth for founders, marketers, and professionals in Southeast Asia.
Most growth advice online is written for the US market: American example companies, prices in dollars with no local context, and channels that do not work the same way here. SEAGrowthHub is written in English for readers across Southeast Asia, so the questions are the ones people in the region actually ask: which tool is worth paying for with a small team, how to reach customers in a market you do not live in, and what a funding or regulation story means for your own business.
We are an editorial publication, not a personal blog. Articles are published under the byline SEAGrowthHub Editorial and every article is reviewed by an editor before it goes live. Because there is no single named author, the standard we hold ourselves to is written down below.
What we cover
- AI & Automation: Practical guides to AI tools and workflow automation for small teams in Southeast Asia, with prices and trade-offs spelled out.
- Marketing & SEO: How to get found and win customers in Southeast Asian markets, from search to paid channels.
- Sales & CRM: Sales processes and CRM software that fit small teams selling across Southeast Asia.
- Startups & Funding (SEA): Analysis of startups, funding, and business trends in Southeast Asia, and what they mean for people running a business.
- Tools & Software: Software worth paying for and software that is not, judged from the buyer's side.
There are two kinds of article. Guides are evergreen pieces meant to stay useful for a long time. Analysis pieces look at a news story or trend and explain what it means for readers; they are collected under News. A third label, Sponsored, is used only for paid content (see below).
Editorial policy
How we choose topics
We start from questions readers ask: which tool to pay for, how to enter a new market, how to read a funding round or a rule change. A commission rate is never a reason to write about a tool or to recommend it.
Named sources
Any claim that depends on someone else, such as a price, a statistic, a funding amount, or a regulation, is attributed to a named source: a company filing, an official page, a published study, or a news report. Sources are listed at the end of the article. If we cannot name a source, we do not make the claim. We do not invent case studies, figures, quotes, or testimonials.
Our own words
We do not copy or rewrite articles from other publications. When we analyse a news story we link to the original reporting and add our own angle.
Honest about tools
When we recommend a tool, we also say what it does badly, who it is not for, and what it costs, with local context where we can source it.
Corrections and updates
Prices and features change, so every article shows its publication date and is updated when something material changes. If you find a mistake, email hello@seagrowthhub.com. We correct factual errors, update the article, and add a note on the page when the change affects what a reader would decide.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on SEAGrowthHub are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how the site is funded today.
- An article that contains affiliate links says so at the top of the page.
- Affiliate links are marked as sponsored links for search engines (
rel="sponsored nofollow"). - Affiliate links go through our own tracking links so we can count clicks. The Privacy Policy explains what is recorded.
- Commissions do not decide what we write or whether we recommend something.
Sponsored content
Paid content is always labelled Sponsored, both on the article page and in article lists. A sponsored article is not an independent review. Sponsors do not get a say in our unsponsored coverage. If you are interested in working together, use the contact form and choose Sponsorship.
